Stay away as far as possible! Without any kind of notice, closed my account and took my login credentials away while I was coding on the remote server... when I asked them what’s going on, I got a reply that I did not confirm my email... their email confirmation email ended up in my spam box.... in any case I lost all my work and they deleted my work without any notice... I can’t believe what they did...

Softsys highly recommend We have been using Softsys for hosting with several servers over the past 5 years, and found their service and support second to none. Recently we setup an Australian standalone server and Softsys where simply amazing. Highly Recommend.

Total waste of time Total waste of time. Order rejected as "high risk" with absolutely no effort to alleviate their concerns. Instead, got a rejection with an entitled "good luck with your new host". The response funny enough was from Ruchir Shastri, who appears to be the Founder/President of the company. Seems like I dodged bullet with this one based on the other reviews.

Have been using Softsys for several… Have been using Softsys for several years (ie: at least 8 years) and have always had stable VMs, with the occasional maintenance that was planned ahead of time. Support has always been quick with everything and understood what I was asking them meaning they are knowledgeable as well. Never felt like these guys were reading from a script, they are real bonafied human beings and I like that. Good company to work with. And Rushir the owner is a cool dude.
