Perfect. Let me open by stating I use their low tier cheap offerings. This tier has been reliable, and trustworthy. Great general purpose offerings at an excellent price. Support at this level is absolutely astounding. I recommend them to all my entry level associates. When I need higher tier services they will be high on my list simply because of support and the overall great experience with thier inexpensive products.

Stay away as far as possible! Without any kind of notice, closed my account and took my login credentials away while I was coding on the remote server... when I asked them what’s going on, I got a reply that I did not confirm my email... their email confirmation email ended up in my spam box.... in any case I lost all my work and they deleted my work without any notice... I can’t believe what they did...

Does not care about customers. After canceling all services and selling the company. Softsys kept the server going for over 2 years. When I finally found the charge was still happening. They offered no help in shutting the service off or disconnecting my payment. Tried telling them that the server hasn't been used in years. They show me a screenshot of .4mb download per day and tell me that it is "very much in use". Yeah by updates. This site is a bunch of crooks.
