Absolute garbage of a company I ordered for friends and family around 11/15 and spent almost $300 on all my family’s Christmas gifts… have yet to receive ONE ITEM. I’ve called and called and goes straight to automated voicemail. I’ve emailed about 7 different times and not one person has responded besides the 1st time. Im starting to think this company is a scam. Im going to dispute with my cc. Honestly never experienced this before. DO NOT order for them online. Do yourself a favor and headache.

An absolute joke An absolute joke. Received an email about a sale - bought some jeans and had the order cancelled without warning a day later. I had to ask customer service myself what happened. Was offered a measly 10% discount code, that didn't actually work on first try. Ordered another size - guess what? The same thing happened. Order cancelled without any reason or justification from customer service. At the time of writing this review, the jeans have now gone back up to full price with the out of stock versions still available to add to your basket and check out.

Volcom lack of quality jeans Purchased a pair of jeans that were a comfortable fit (ie not tight). After only 9 months of normal wear, they ripped along the seam of the back pocket. Certainly such poor quality is not something I'd expect from a company like Volcom. Chat was not helpful either - just quoting Company policy at me Update 28/7 - Volcom got back to me saying they’d reviewed their decision and they sent me a replacement pair of jeans! Well done!
