Never received correspondence and no answer at customer service… I have had the same experience as all the recent reviews. Three weeks post order - no emails, no answer through customer service, no package. Guess I’m going to dispute the charge and call it a loss and order from somewhere else. Sad I wasted my time. I’ve ordered from there within the last year with no issues but obviously they don’t complete orders anymore….

Poor Quality Purchased some snowboard trousers for my son in Canada on 21st January which cost 515CAD/£319. He barely wore them in Canada as he wore a uniform to teach snowboarding. He returned home, went on a week long holiday and the seam came apart. He had this fixed but he is now 2 days into a course in Europe and they have split again in a different place. Being within the 90 day warranty he contacted Volcom and was told it was general wear and tear! Will not buying anything from Volcom again.

Still using covid as an excuse to take… Still using covid as an excuse to take over a week to fulfill my order. No answer on customer phone line just recorded message about covid delays. Emailed and got a quick response that my order was being picked finally 8 days after placing and another long excuse about covid delays. But still haven’t received confirmation it has shipped. They are relentless with the marketing emails and text messages but obviously cannot meet the demand.

Defective Product is my fault? Placed an order for a pair of pants and they arrived pretty quickly. The pants had manufacturing defect where the pocket was not properly stitched (was going open up) and I reached out to the company with pictures of the defect. I advised them that I’d be willing to keep if they sent something about equal in retail price to the amount I’d pay repairing their product. They advised they’d give me 15% off my next regular priced purchase (FYI…last Black Friday they did 25% off as just a regular sale). I said that would not work…and I’d like to return. They are looking to charge a $7 restocking fee…but the product was effectively not what I ordered.
