Don’t order from Volcum I put in a 200 order on November 23. Plenty of time for my Sons 18th Birthday. Package never arrived. They never sent a delivery confirmation number. They don’t answer emails or phones. They care nothing about their customers except taking their money with 3 to 7 days promise of delivery. They ruined my kids 18!th birthday and after wearing Volcum 25 years. I won’t ever spend money on them again.

Poor Quality Purchased some snowboard trousers for my son in Canada on 21st January which cost 515CAD/£319. He barely wore them in Canada as he wore a uniform to teach snowboarding. He returned home, went on a week long holiday and the seam came apart. He had this fixed but he is now 2 days into a course in Europe and they have split again in a different place. Being within the 90 day warranty he contacted Volcom and was told it was general wear and tear! Will not buying anything from Volcom again.

Defective Product is my fault? Placed an order for a pair of pants and they arrived pretty quickly. The pants had manufacturing defect where the pocket was not properly stitched (was going open up) and I reached out to the company with pictures of the defect. I advised them that I’d be willing to keep if they sent something about equal in retail price to the amount I’d pay repairing their product. They advised they’d give me 15% off my next regular priced purchase (FYI…last Black Friday they did 25% off as just a regular sale). I said that would not work…and I’d like to return. They are looking to charge a $7 restocking fee…but the product was effectively not what I ordered.
