Emailed and got a quick response that my order was being picked finally 8 days after placing and another long excuse about covid delays. But still havenโt received confirmation it has shipped. They are relentless with the marketing emails and text messages but obviously cannot meet the demand.

GBAn absolute joke An absolute joke. Received an email about a sale - bought some jeans and had the order cancelled without warning a day later. I had to ask customer service myself what happened. Was offered a measly 10% discount code, that didn't actually work on first try. Ordered another size - guess what? The same thing happened. Order cancelled without any reason or justification from customer service. At the time of writing this review, the jeans have now gone back up to full price with the out of stock versions still available to add to your basket and check out.

GBLess than desirable I'll start by saying, I love the quality, love the durability, I overall love the brand but Derek, the customer service "manager" is less than desirable. He came off rude and moody the second the call started. I felt offended as if I did something wrong by receiving a faulty item. I'll stick to my local distributors just to avoid the situation from happening again.
