Less than desirable I'll start by saying, I love the quality, love the durability, I overall love the brand but Derek, the customer service "manager" is less than desirable. He came off rude and moody the second the call started. I felt offended as if I did something wrong by receiving a faulty item. I'll stick to my local distributors just to avoid the situation from happening again.

Still using covid as an excuse to take… Still using covid as an excuse to take over a week to fulfill my order. No answer on customer phone line just recorded message about covid delays. Emailed and got a quick response that my order was being picked finally 8 days after placing and another long excuse about covid delays. But still haven’t received confirmation it has shipped. They are relentless with the marketing emails and text messages but obviously cannot meet the demand.

Absolute garbage of a company I ordered for friends and family around 11/15 and spent almost $300 on all my family’s Christmas gifts… have yet to receive ONE ITEM. I’ve called and called and goes straight to automated voicemail. I’ve emailed about 7 different times and not one person has responded besides the 1st time. Im starting to think this company is a scam. Im going to dispute with my cc. Honestly never experienced this before. DO NOT order for them online. Do yourself a favor and headache.

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order 6 weeks before Christmas plenty of time to get here! And here we are one week before and order still shows unfulfilled! I’ve tried calling at least a dozen times to customer service and 1/2 a dozen to headquarters in CA not to mention the numerous emails and nothing! I even contacted them through social media… someone replied said they’d look into it and now have ghosted me. A $800 order (before my “loyalty” discount) by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!
