Tried to steal my information I asked the to delete my information over two months ago. I got an email from them yesterday telling me about their new terms. I don’t care. Don’t order from this company. They steal and sell your personal information. Shop at H-mart. After placing an order with this company, I started getting emails from “USPS” saying I have a package that can’t be delivered because they have a certain address on file and I should fill out this form so the package can be delivered. I didn’t order anything and I only use that address to have Weee packages delivered. Nothing else comes to this address for me. Nothing. My real address is in an another city altogether. USPS knows where I live. They would never send an email like that. EVER!! Sorry Weee, you can’t scam a scammer. It’s not happening. You will never get my information. I never lived at the address you delivered my orders to. The phone number linked to the account isn’t mine either. I NEVER ORDERED WITH A CREDIT CARD. I ONLY USED PAYPAL. PAYPAL MAKES IT REALLY HARD FOR THEM TO STEAL FROM US!! “YOU GOTTA BE QUICKER THAT THAT”

Very bad service Both of my packages/boxes were broken very bad. Some food that were in coldpack was warm, bottles were broken/bend, someone's used pen was in my package, wrong item was in my package etc... I definitely not recommend this places

I love this company I love this company however I wish they had where you could purchase fresh meat and produce where I live like in TX. I referred my sister and a few other people. I like their products and they have prompt shipping and always new and exciting items. I love getting my coffee and other snacks from this company. I highly recommend giving them a try I hope I will be able to buy fresh produce and meat as well as Kimchi soon in my area.

Delivery ETA is so off!! Delivery ETA is so off. I hate waiting until 8pm to receive my food. Initial ETA is set between 11-2 pm and it just keeps increasing as the day passes.

Charging 5 delivery on a $13… Charging $5 delivery on a $13 non-food item then a TIP suggesstion at the checkout? Pass, Amazon here I come. Tipping has always been a nuisance in the US. The last few years are just nuts. Tip at self service. Why not tip everybody next? Employee costs should have never been shifted to the consumers and tipping should be reserved for exceptional service.
