GBVery bad service Both of my packages/boxes were broken very bad. Some food that were in coldpack was warm, bottles were broken/bend, someone's used pen was in my package, wrong item was in my package etc... I definitely not recommend this places

GBMy new Asian store! I live in central Texas and my first order was a bit over $200 dollars My package arrived in only three days, which was three days sooner than estimated, which was fantastic (shipped fedex). Both boxes arrived in great shape with zero product damage; everything was fresh and in great shape. They have a great variety which is not available to me locally, and I love the huge amount of choices in brands and types of product types. We love ramen and adore ramyeon/ ramyun in our house and there is an amazing selection of not only those, but many amazing things to add into your bowl! I’ve already made my second order within days of our first arriving because there are so many fun things to try that are not available locally. For products I can get locally, the online price is much lower

GBI paid $13.95 just for 2 hot dogs… I paid $13.95 just for 2 hot dogs recently, The ad for Harbin sausage is deceiving, the ad photo has good size, but actual size is that of hot dog,i questioned about and asked for refund, but I am declined and was told they are selling by number not size, I feel scammed, and I am done with Weee.Update: I posted the review with photo on it on 2/17/24 the same day I received , it has not been posted so far on the Weee selling site; if I try to put review again, it say I already have comment on it ,I am declined to comment again.

GBThe worst customer service The worst customer service. They sent the wrong order to the wrong address, and would not make it right. This was the second time ordering from them, and honestly, the first time was OK with everything. But the second time was a disaster. If they had corrected their error, I would have continued to shove with them, and would buy a LOT. They lost a customer. I can buy all the stuff I get from them anywhere else. It’s not like they have things that are not available in other stores.
