Significant 4-5 days delivery delay Significant 4-5 days delivery delay is expected all the time. Their carrier “Better Truck” is awful. I keep filing complaint. But they don’t do anything to solve problems, except reply robotic apology. They run out items, but don’t tell until me until package is already shipped without that item(s). Due to significant delay, veggies looked old, I couldn’t use most of it. This is THE last time I business with this notorious company. Will delete app after this.

We are very happy with Weee We just did our first Weee order and took advantage of the free delivery with a $35 purchase and $10 off for a new customer. The delivery was exactly on time, and the order was correct. Great care was taken with the packaging, and the frozen items were still frozen. We will be using Weee from now on for all our Filipino food purchases.

Horrible delivery delay Horrible delivery delay. Initially my order was scheduled to be delivered between 12p and 3p. But by noon the app was still showing the order was being prepared prior to shipping. I sensed there might be a delay so I call off work that night. Thank god I did because by 4 pm the order still wasn’t delivered and the app updated the delivery time to between 7 pm and 10 pm. Like what?? Terrible delay on the delivery time. It’s like the old days sitting at home waiting to sign a package from UPS.

Delivery ETA is so off!! Delivery ETA is so off. I hate waiting until 8pm to receive my food. Initial ETA is set between 11-2 pm and it just keeps increasing as the day passes.

Purchased 10 items Purchased 10 items, one in particular was the "Organic" Goji Berries, distributed by OCM Globe, brand name label in Chinese, well thought that being organic they would be healthy, on the back of the package was a disclaimer "WARNING consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead and cadmium which is known in the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. not on the package pictured for sale. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION AND THEY DELETED MY ORDER HISTORY.
