This site is the worse hosting website… This site is the worse hosting website in my life. I dont even have words how to describe this. I see everybody’s reviews are the same. Why did you suspend my account, im trying to reach you every day, you just keep ignoring me. Ive used my servers just for 3 days and without any notification you just suspended it. If i broke your policy why dont you tell me that after that i can take an action to fix them. Please refund my money back. Again this is the worse hosting website ever

This is my third time reaching out This is my third time reaching out, and each response has left me speechless. In the previous comment, you replied that my account has no issues, but it clearly shows that I cannot log in. You also asked me to submit a ticket, but how can I do that if I can't access my account? Since March 1st, I have been sending emails to their official mailbox every day, and they only replied to me on March 6th, but the problem has not been resolved until now. My whole week has been wasted. As a consumer who pays regularly every month, I am extremely disappointed and angry with the repeated banning of my account and this kind of delaying and neglectful treatment.

My account was blocked yesterday for no reason I don't understand, I was running my website and suddenly I couldn't update it because the cloudcone server was suddenly stopped.

Worsening Service day by day Have been a loyal customer for 3+ years and the level of their service gets worse day by day. Have had an open ticket with the for 7 days. They were not able to identify that the server bandwidth is consumed (for 3 days) although I told them it is consumed and I need to purchase additional bandwidth. Days after they noticed that, no one has replied to me to add the additional bandwidth (paid). My server is down for 8 days already.

Non existence support Nonexistent support: it's as if someone created an application and abandoned it on autopilot. Or perhaps someone developed this application but doesn't have time to manage their passion project. Cloudcone is just like that: VPS servers on shared resources with absolutely no support. Good luck.
