This company is a total Scam This company is a total Scam. I paid for a website with a year of web hosting and a year of tech support that was 100% ownership rights and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I started with them in July the website didn’t go live until early October. Then once that was done, they didn’t answer my calls or return them. Then today, they have taken my website hostage and off the web. I have since had to file a complaint with BBB twice and also with the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC also stated that if anyone else is having the same issues to make a complaint with them as well. The FTC also advised me to contact the Attorney General for the state of California for the address on their website as well as the state of Georgia for the Merchant address. I will continue to follow through with all of these steps and any others that has been recommended to me via these agencies, legal advisers, and so forth. I have also had to put a freeze on our bank accounts and change the accounts entirely. I am also reviewing the possibility of criminal charges of fraud with this company as well. I looked up both addresses and this is what I found. Nortex Technologies Inc. is a Georgia Domestic Profit Corporation filed On June 24, 2020. The company's filing status is listed as Active/Compliance and its File Number is 20104047. The Registered Agent on file for this company is Tabraiz Tahir and is located at 3170 Donald Lee Hollowell Unit Valero, Atlanta, GA 30318. The company's principal address is 3170 Donald Lee Hollowell Unit: Valero, Atlanta, GA 30318. The company has 2 principals on record. The principals are Salman Razzak from Jamhoria Colony GA and Tabraiz Tahir from Atlanta GA. The Pictures posted on their Google Search Results shows an office void of people, no computers just phones and a building outside the windows that do not match the surround buildings according to Google Maps. BUYER BEWARE! UPDATE: The State of Georgia is now looking into the validity of their business license. As a business with a license in any state, a representative needs to be present in that state. As Design Nortex, also known as Nortex Technologies in Georgia, does not have the actual owner of the company nor a registered agent present in that state as required by law. It is my belief that this company is doing business in Jamhoria Colony which I found is in Pakistan I believe. As such, they are illegally operating in the USA and I will continue to pursue the revocation of their business licenses in both the state of Georgia (Nortex Technologies which is where their vendor is that collects payment) as well as for the State if California (Design Nortex) to which I am in the process of reporting their company to the Secretary of the State. I have been waiting for our refund that they stated should be processed at the start of 2022. To date I have not been able to get a response from them nor our refund as they refuse to respond to our attempts to contact. I will continue to uncover their fraudulent actions and report to the proper authorities and agencies. In addition, I am collecting all of the pertinent information and documents. I will be contacting the various national news companies throughout the US and trying to get this out to the public so others do not fall for this scam. All they had to do was to refund my monies as per our contract. In refusing to uphold their promises, their behavior became fraudulent and I will pursue this until they are held accountable for their actions.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! For God's sake don't you ever trust them and do not send money like I did, a lot of money, shortly after I sent a considerable sum they litterally disappeared, NO service was provided, they do not pick up the phone anymore, do not answer emails, they are just vanished maybe back to Pakistan where they are from, pretending to be an American company. I have evidence of everything I am saying and I really hope no one else out there will fall into the trap like I did, I really feel stupid, I can only blame myself for trusting others in this world full of scam
