Kudos to Design Nortex! Kudos to Design Nortex! The BEST Design Company. I signed up with them for a logo, they did in in 2 days, spot on. I will definitely recommend Design Nortex.

BIG MISTAKE USING THESE GUYS This company came off very professional and friendly at first. Their sales pitch is VERY aggressive but they seemed dedicated and knowledgeable so I decided to use them. Originally I was leaning towards Shopify but Victor convinced me to use Wordpress which is their preferred platform. After building my site and having to navigate all sorts of additional plug in and add on suggestions I got my site up and running with only the features I needed. I was assured everything was finished and everything was paid for. I went over my budget which was fine seeing as I was confident I was getting a quality product. Things seemed good at first and Victor was helpful with my questions and concerns post launch. Fast forward 6 months (website completed August 2021) and I can’t get into the back end of my site. I messaged Victor and I received a call soon afterwards from a tech I’ve never spoken to who explained that I need to pay $600 to “renew my plug in certificates for Wordpress” Needless to say I was surprised and confused. So basically I can’t access my site through the back end now unless I cough up the money. I messaged Victor immediately to get more details and an explanation and guess who’s all of a sudden ghosted me?! VICTOR has not responded to my messages and has conveniently disappeared. My website needs to be updated and I can’t do a thing about it! I refuse to pay more money for a product I was promised at a certain price and there was never any talk of additional costs down the road pertaining to “expired certificates” I AM FRUSTRATED AND UPSET AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NORTEX TO ANYONE!

Going into designing a website I had NO… Going into designing a website I had NO clue what I was doing. Luke and team had me comfortable. I think I was asking for them to do more than I paid for but they were fantastic. We do not have the finished product yet but I am looking forward to seeing it. The only thing I felt a little uncomfortable with - It was quite a bit more to get my website "up and running" than I was quoted at the beginning. BEcause I was so naive i thought they included ALL we would need to get going. I was thrilled with the pricing up front but then we were told to get it published (I did not know this was seperate) there would be a pretty big investment (big for a start up - mabe not to everyone!!!!) We paid it, we did need some help understanding that we needed the "other services" to have it up and running! All in all I am very happy I just would recommend they give you the scenarios up front maybe give you a range on pricing!!! Can't wait to see the finished product! Thanks Team!
