Total scam Total scam! They are not willing to release hosting credentials on my website and asking more money saying the platform needs to be upgraded . They even tried to shut down my website when they could not get any more money. Beware of these people, they are liars!

For their pricing, quality, and turnaround time I was amazed at how swift, professionally, and efficiently Design Nortex's handled my website development from scratch. The young and energetic team proved that my choice to hire them was the right one. Will definitely use them again for my upcoming developments and consultations. This company is a total Scam This company is a total Scam. I paid for a website with a year of web hosting and a year of tech support that was 100% ownership rights and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I started with them in July the website didn’t go live until early October. Then once that was done, they didn’t answer my calls or return them. Then today, they have taken my website hostage and off the web. I have since had to file a complaint with BBB twice and also with the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC also stated that if anyone else is having the same issues to make a complaint with them as well. The FTC also advised me to contact the Attorney General for the state of California for the address on their website as well as the state of Georgia for the Merchant address. I will continue to follow through with all of these steps and any others that has been recommended to me via these agencies, legal advisers, and so forth. I have also had to put a freeze on our bank accounts and change the accounts entirely. I am also reviewing the possibility of criminal charges of fraud with this company as well. I looked up both addresses and this is what I found. Nortex Technologies Inc. is a Georgia Domestic Profit Corporation filed On June 24, 2020. The company's filing status is listed as Active/Compliance and its File Number is 20104047. The Registered Agent on file for this company is Tabraiz Tahir and is located at 3170 Donald Lee Hollowell Unit Valero, Atlanta, GA 30318. The company's principal address is 3170 Donald Lee Hollowell Unit: Valero, Atlanta, GA 30318. The company has 2 principals on record. The principals are Salman Razzak from Jamhoria Colony GA and Tabraiz Tahir from Atlanta GA. This address is connected to a Valero Gas Station located in a rural area of Georgia with no other buildings around except restaurants and retail businesses that has no connection to their company. Thanks to Google Maps! Salman Razzak is listed as the Chief Financial Officer while Tahir is the CEO, Incorporator, Secretary, Registered agent. Their listed address on their website is listed as an address to be purchased for a virtual office. That address is 155 N Lake Ave Suite 800, Pasadena, CA 91101. The Pictures posted on their Google Search Results shows an office void of people, no computers just phones and a building outside the windows that do not match the surround buildings according to Google Maps. If you’re having issues with this company or your website has been held hostage by them, the Federal Trade Commission encourages you to file a complaint as well. Bottom Line: THIS IS A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!

My experience... Through my experience with design Nortex, I was Unable to come out with a complete design however they work with your satisfaction for a customer of their business. They work with what you are able to communicate to them. With that said, with no project completed I still walk away with a fair refund and understand the work that they put in for each unique project.

Going into designing a website I had NO… Going into designing a website I had NO clue what I was doing. Luke and team had me comfortable. I think I was asking for them to do more than I paid for but they were fantastic. We do not have the finished product yet but I am looking forward to seeing it. The only thing I felt a little uncomfortable with - It was quite a bit more to get my website "up and running" than I was quoted at the beginning. BEcause I was so naive i thought they included ALL we would need to get going. I was thrilled with the pricing up front but then we were told to get it published (I did not know this was seperate) there would be a pretty big investment (big for a start up - mabe not to everyone!!!!) We paid it, we did need some help understanding that we needed the "other services" to have it up and running! All in all I am very happy I just would recommend they give you the scenarios up front maybe give you a range on pricing!!! Can't wait to see the finished product! Thanks Team!
