PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! For God's sake don't you ever trust them and do not send money like I did, a lot of money, shortly after I sent a considerable sum they litterally disappeared, NO service was provided, they do not pick up the phone anymore, do not answer emails, they are just vanished maybe back to Pakistan where they are from, pretending to be an American company. I have evidence of everything I am saying and I really hope no one else out there will fall into the trap like I did, I really feel stupid, I can only blame myself for trusting others in this world full of scam

Non Delivery of Website They started a project for me in August and still have not delivered the website and now want until January 2022 to do it!.... It does not take 8 months to design a website. They have had the funds for this website since August of 2021.

Design Nortex Design Nortex, I’d say you have to watch out and arm yourself with knowledge in online platforms and all that comes with technology because THEY, DESIGN NORTEX WILL FEED UP ON YOU WITH NO MERCY. 2021 I TRUSTED Knowing that they mislead me, lie to me and OVER CHARGE ME YOU WILL NEVER IMAGINE. I am a start up and THEY do not care about what startup people go through. YOU ARE PROFIT, BIG PROFIT. WATCH OUT USING WEBPRESS. IF YOU ARE NOT TECH SAVVY YOU BE PART OF THE BUFFET TO MANY BAD DEVELOPERS. WED/Woo commerce are so difficult to maintain you WOULD NEED DEVELOPER HELP ALL THE THE TIME .AND THAT RISKY …Good luck

My experience... Through my experience with design Nortex, I was Unable to come out with a complete design however they work with your satisfaction for a customer of their business. They work with what you are able to communicate to them. With that said, with no project completed I still walk away with a fair refund and understand the work that they put in for each unique project.

Going into designing a website I had NO… Going into designing a website I had NO clue what I was doing. Luke and team had me comfortable. I think I was asking for them to do more than I paid for but they were fantastic. We do not have the finished product yet but I am looking forward to seeing it. The only thing I felt a little uncomfortable with - It was quite a bit more to get my website "up and running" than I was quoted at the beginning. BEcause I was so naive i thought they included ALL we would need to get going. I was thrilled with the pricing up front but then we were told to get it published (I did not know this was seperate) there would be a pretty big investment (big for a start up - mabe not to everyone!!!!) We paid it, we did need some help understanding that we needed the "other services" to have it up and running! All in all I am very happy I just would recommend they give you the scenarios up front maybe give you a range on pricing!!! Can't wait to see the finished product! Thanks Team!
