GBScam Scam! I got scammed out of $130 for a pair of shoes. It’s been over 3 months and never got them. They send email stall tactics but it’s all just a joke. I will be reporting them to a friend of mine who works for fraud for the secret service.

GBOver THREE Months And No Shoes I placed an order for a single pair of shoes on 12/13/2020 and received an email confirmation same day. Their shipping and handling policy says 15-30 days so I waited until 01/25/2021 and emailed them for an update and explanation for the delay and lack of communication. “Victoria Puccini” responded with a ridiculous explanation about the shoes being at a warehouse, changing shipping carriers and to wait patiently. She also promised a $10 discount on my next order, like she thought I would want to place another order. I emailed the company again on 02/16/2021 and requested a full refund. Victoria emailed back agains saying that the package had shipped with USPS and to wait...15-30 days yet again! I told her I no longer wanted to do business with her company and requested the full refund, but she denied it, saying to wait and if I did not receive the shoes within 14 days then she would refund me. I emailed again on 04/01/2021 to AGAIN ask for a refund and have not received a response. What an unacceptable way to do business. And yes, I checked my order number several times during these past few months and at no point was the status available for tracking. Order number 200020504. Update (05/01/21): I see that the company responded to my review, saying I not only received the shoes but, “great compensation”. False. The ONLY thing I received from them was my money back! But that was only after writing the initial review that they finally acquiesced my numerous requests to do so. This company flunked business school.

GBI've ordered from this company numerous… I've ordered from this company numerous times with no issue and this is the first time I've had to encounter their customer service dept. My package never arrived- instead of offering a refund or replacement, carlomaderno has now placed me in the middle of an investigation of the "delivered" product with their hired shipping company. This investigation could take up to 10 business days, during which I'll get 1-3 calls from said shipping company and if the phone goes unanswered for any reason, I have to report the issue to carlomaderno again and restart the investigation process. I've never heard of such foolishness and no matter the result of the investigation or the resolution, they've lost a customer.

GBThey sent me the wrong shoes They sent me the wrong shoes, not the shoes I ordered or the size I ordered. Also took a lot longer for shipment. I had left many messages because of the shoes not arriving anywhere near the time they were supposed to. They even got smart with me on their messages. Do not ever buy from Carlo maderno. It's funny how these people talk smack out of arms reach especially when they are the ones at fault. They didn't refund me or send correct shoes. SCAM!!!!
