Never trust a company that has no idea… Never trust a company that has no idea how to offer customer service. This is the worst place. Endless days of fighting for something that never arrived. No resolution, no offer to help, nothing. So finally had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. Don’t ever shop here.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for an item that has never been delivered. Called and emailed Kart It with no resolution to my issue. Spend your money elsewhere. Do not use this dishonest vendor ever.

I purchased six dining chairs on Amazon… I purchased six dining chairs on Amazon and Kart It was the third party seller (although Amazon's web page indicated that Amazon would fulfill the order. The web page indicated free returns. I have been dealing with Kart It for days and I still have not received any prepaid postage labels to return the chairs. Very frustrating and terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

Giood quality and selection I was looking for a directors chair and their side had a wide variety of sizes and colors and prices. I ordered one and they were delivered quickly and efficiently. It’s a good quality and I’m sure it will last a long time I’m very pleased with the service and variety of items available from the company would hardly recommend these products

Scam of a company Scam of a company. When you order something they ship something you didn't order instead. When you complain and try to return they offer you a 40% discount to keep the item you didn't order. I ordered a pool and got a chair, through this seller on walmart. Trying to return the chair has been a nightmare. This company is a scamming company that ships you random things instead of what you actually order. Do not order from them.
