Never trust a company that has no idea… Never trust a company that has no idea how to offer customer service. This is the worst place. Endless days of fighting for something that never arrived. No resolution, no offer to help, nothing. So finally had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. Don’t ever shop here.

I placed an order as a birthday gift… I placed an order as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. I was amazed at how quickly I received my purchase and the quality of the product. Their customer service was superior when I contacted them. I have nothing but accolades for my experience.

I purchased a microwave through Amazon… I purchased a microwave through Amazon from thus company. I tried to return the item because I could not use it. They tried to charge me a 30% restocking fee and wanted me to pay for the return shipping. After trying to work with them I finally decided to just give it away. I reported then to Amazon also. I will NEVER order anything that that company sells again. Because of this bad experience I'm going to drastically reduce my shopping on Amazon because they did not make it good. Beware!!

Terrible company Terrible company. I had a similar experience to other reviewers. They do try to charge you return shipping and restocking fees on all returns, even defective items. I purchased something for $650 and it was defective. After waiting weeks for them to accept the return, they kept $95 for themselves. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I purchased six dining chairs on Amazon… I purchased six dining chairs on Amazon and Kart It was the third party seller (although Amazon's web page indicated that Amazon would fulfill the order. The web page indicated free returns. I have been dealing with Kart It for days and I still have not received any prepaid postage labels to return the chairs. Very frustrating and terrible customer service. Buyer beware!
