I placed an order as a birthday gift… I placed an order as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. I was amazed at how quickly I received my purchase and the quality of the product. Their customer service was superior when I contacted them. I have nothing but accolades for my experience.

Never trust a company that has no idea… Never trust a company that has no idea how to offer customer service. This is the worst place. Endless days of fighting for something that never arrived. No resolution, no offer to help, nothing. So finally had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. Don’t ever shop here.

Excellent To start I ordered a couple of furniture items. Everything arrived promptly and customer service was easy to reach. The prices are better then I have seen on other websites including Amazon. I have used them several times and would recommend them highly. Plus it seems like a small business. I would choose them over any large retailer.

They sold me cheap china product and it… They sold me cheap china product and it failed within 3 weeks! They did not honor their 30-day money back on Amazon. They also had a 5 year warranty but they referred me to JLA to get a replacement, but they don't respond leaving me with trash!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for an item that has never been delivered. Called and emailed Kart It with no resolution to my issue. Spend your money elsewhere. Do not use this dishonest vendor ever.
