Hit or Miss Representatives were fast at responding and very helpful. Training was fast and easy. I think the training process can go a little more in depth as I had quiet a few questions on the whole process after reading the training manual. More in depth training videos would be great. Whitening products work pretty good. I think amazing results can be hit or miss though. I also am having a problem with my whitening pens breaking while twisting the bottom causing a loss in inventory. Has happened on 5+ pens in a batch of about 30. Love the lifetime warranty on the light. All in all, a good company and products but could make small improvements to stand out among the rest.

I am a dental hygienist and operate a… I am a dental hygienist and operate a teeth whitening business. I had switched to beaming white due to hearing good things about their product. First few orders went smoothly. This last time I tried to order from them, the order first was somehow stuck in transit and the shipping company needed more info from them. After being held there for a week and not being able to resolve the issue myself, I requested to have it delivered back to beaming white. After another week and half I found out the declined to have it returned. Spoke to them again and they then agreed to have it delivered back to them and either try sending again or refund me. Another week later they finally they sent the order again and forgot to supply my at home whitening kits with the LED/ tray lights. Had to wait another week to have them send the LED lights and trays and when they arrived, the mouth piece attachment was missing for all the LED lights. Very disappointed and would not order from them. I now order from Pure Image and they have fantastic products that are comparable and quick and easy shipping.
