From educating me on their products, to being patient with me as a start-up business owner, Erika has been a gem to work with. I ordered our teeth whitening machine and products from them and couldn't be happier with the results. Try the whitening foam, this product gives you fresh breath and gradual whitening and has been a great at home care product for our customers.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to become an instructor for I wouldn’t recommend this company to become a tech whitening instructor for. I was an instructor for about a year. They actually asked me. I thought it was a great opportunity and commission. I discussed it a few times with them that many of my students were new entrepreneurs and the packages were pricey. I have ideas on how we could make it more feasible for some set income students. Nothing came into fruition though. I always had to wait weeks for certificates for my students, even after sending multiple emails. But the worse part of the job was when I was falsely accused with no proof of marketing their company with a similar company as well as being threatened with legal action. Once the employee who yielded the accusations realized she was wrong-still no apology. This was my experience. I’m sure others may have had better. But since I kept getting a reminder to leave a review I thought I would share my honest opinion.

My experience with the Customer Service…Awesomeness My experience with the Customer Service was top notch. The ladies were so knowledgeable & helpful. You can tell they want you to succeed and appreciate your business. They gave me suggestions of other items that might suit me. I received my package on time and she was so thorough as to avoid the extreme temperatures where I live.

I called beaming white again today… I am changing my review. I spoke with Sally from beaming white and she went out of her way to assist me with my needs. We determine that most of my frustration came from lack of communication. I wasn't communicating fully so I wasn't aware that beaming white wasn't clear of my needs. Sally assisted me and we resolved the matter in less than 24 hours.... I am now on my way to receiving the product I want and I am very pleased with this.
