Great company! I have been using beaming white products at my spa for about 4 years now. They have always been super professional and eager to help with any issues I have. I have also referred other spa owners to use their products which Beaming White has generously rewarded me for. I will continue to use their products.

Zero communication/ support. Bought several kits, at home kits, toothpaste, etc. Received ZERO support on how to use. When I reached out and told that the first client I used it on had major sensitivity, I was told that Iwould be credited back for my kits- yet of course I never received a refund or any follow up training.

Hit or Miss Representatives were fast at responding and very helpful. Training was fast and easy. I think the training process can go a little more in depth as I had quiet a few questions on the whole process after reading the training manual. More in depth training videos would be great. Whitening products work pretty good. I think amazing results can be hit or miss though. I also am having a problem with my whitening pens breaking while twisting the bottom causing a loss in inventory. Has happened on 5+ pens in a batch of about 30. Love the lifetime warranty on the light. All in all, a good company and products but could make small improvements to stand out among the rest.

Fantastic company & products! I will definitely recommend the account executive Heidi Deishl from Beaming White. I have a very new spa that I run and have had an excellent experience with Heidi. I shopped around several comparable vendors and ultimately went with Heidi. She took the time to explain the difference between her products and the competitors products helping me make a more informed decision on products to supply my business. She knew that I’m small and that my order would be also small but I never felt rushed to make my decision and order. I was treated like I was spending thousands instead of hundreds.
