GBI called beaming white again today… I am changing my review. I spoke with Sally from beaming white and she went out of her way to assist me with my needs. We determine that most of my frustration came from lack of communication. I wasn't communicating fully so I wasn't aware that beaming white wasn't clear of my needs. Sally assisted me and we resolved the matter in less than 24 hours.... I am now on my way to receiving the product I want and I am very pleased with this.

CAThey dont care about their customers I was not thrilled with the results of the products. Also after spending thousands of dollars on the mobile whitening system, once the sale was made I was never contacted ever again from the sales rep or any rep from the company to follow up with my satisfaction level nor about ordering more supplies ect.. I didn't feel like they cared

GBHit or Miss Representatives were fast at responding and very helpful. Training was fast and easy. I think the training process can go a little more in depth as I had quiet a few questions on the whole process after reading the training manual. More in depth training videos would be great. Whitening products work pretty good. I think amazing results can be hit or miss though. I also am having a problem with my whitening pens breaking while twisting the bottom causing a loss in inventory. Has happened on 5+ pens in a batch of about 30. Love the lifetime warranty on the light. All in all, a good company and products but could make small improvements to stand out among the rest.
