!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! I have been using this for a while now, and I have had nothing but problems! They also say you can use flash on iPhone, which leads me to be not very confident in what they are selling/saying at all. I also found out they use Just Cloud and try to keep it a separate business when its the same company. I would NOT recommend! Ridiculous!

I have tried cancelling my subscription… I have tried cancelling my subscription for three years as I use iCloud for my back up system now. Even when I cancelled my credit card they still managed to bill my credit card for a service I don’t use and didn’t ask to renew. It is impossible to get through to customer service to stop my subscription from renewing. I chatted with a service rep and they were not helpful in helping me cancel their service. I’m not even sure what this company even does do I think it’s a scam.

Adware and Viruses, Bad App Very bad, downloaded a ton of adwares, spyware, and possibly even some trojans. I wouldn't recommend this, even though it claims that it can actually store data. Also, on mac, if you open safari and search something literally a ton of random spam and scam websites pop up, either demanding to call a number for "tech support" or that you won a "big prize". Bad, bad, bad. Very bad app. Made by a ton of stupid freaks.

Charged a $149 unauthorized auto … Charged a $149 unauthorized auto renewal fee. When I tried to contact via phone I was left waiting for 45 minutes before I decided to hang up. I wrote an email. We shall see. I am going to contact my bank and dispute the charge. I have never been able to easily access my documents as there is no search field. Terrible product and terrible customer service (or lack thereof) experience.

I have never seen anything like this in… I have never seen anything like this in my life. I signed up for a monthly plan and the next day I forgot that I had purchased a yearly plan like six months ago so I sent an email to support to cancel and to get a refund and they came back asking me why I wanted to cancel. I replied and said that I didn’t need to give a resson and to refund my account. I received a second email stating they don’t want to see me go and that they would discount the membership and would only refund me $2. Are you kidding me?!?! What a disgrace of a company. The next step is contacting the BBB. Do not use this company there are so many others out there like Dropbox that is soooo much better with amazing customer service. This company has real nerve to be playing games like this. Seeing what their score is here, they obviously have a bad reputation.
