HIdden extra-fees It sounds good with "unlimited" but when you start to use the service you discover that it it more limited then unlimited. You have to pay extra for everything. The upload-speed is limited and if you want it faster you have to pay extra. You cannot use external hard-drives without paying extra. There is a long list of "extras" that you can pay for so the unlimited service you payed for suddenly seems very simple and almost unusable. I am not happy.

Took me 25 minutes on the phone with two different people to realize I was out of space....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. And two emails went unanswered.

They charge you for UNLIMITED service then cap you at 1TB without telling you. NOTHING about this company works. They can’t take your credit card on their site, the 24/7 customer phone number they give is a garbled recording that just hangs up on you. Truly, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am looking for another cloud storage option as soon as I finish writing this. Just wanted to save others from the frustration I have had
