GBVery frustrating and irritating experience First, be aware that Zipcloud is NOT an Apple product as you could easily believe when you have an Imac or Iphone, especially when they warn you that if you don't enroll in their backup program you are going to lose all your data, information and pictures. I stupidly paid for a trial period they advertized but cancelled right away (in writing) after I found out it was useless for me and not from Apple. For a year they have been harassing me with pushy emails proposing me discounts and financial arrangements to have me back. A few days ago, my Paypal account was debited automatically for a "plan account subscription" that I NEVER authorized. Obviously they kept my bank statements on file and tried to charge me a year later. Maybe it was a computer error but it looks like a fraudulent transaction to me!

GBAfter backing up my data with them for… After backing up my data with them for years, when it came time to restore data due to a dead computer...they turned out to be useless. Multiple duplicate directories in their system (and no way to tell which is most recent), and none of my most recent directories are in there. Customer service is useless. When I emailed them to ask where my data is, they ignored the emails. When I'm done pulling down what data they actually did back up, I'm cancelling the service. Do NOT recommend.

SEHIdden extra-fees It sounds good with "unlimited" but when you start to use the service you discover that it it more limited then unlimited. You have to pay extra for everything. The upload-speed is limited and if you want it faster you have to pay extra. You cannot use external hard-drives without paying extra. There is a long list of "extras" that you can pay for so the unlimited service you payed for suddenly seems very simple and almost unusable. I am not happy.
