HIdden extra-fees It sounds good with "unlimited" but when you start to use the service you discover that it it more limited then unlimited. You have to pay extra for everything. The upload-speed is limited and if you want it faster you have to pay extra. You cannot use external hard-drives without paying extra. There is a long list of "extras" that you can pay for so the unlimited service you payed for suddenly seems very simple and almost unusable. I am not happy.

We shall see. I am going to contact my bank and dispute the charge. I have never been able to easily access my documents as there is no search field. Terrible product and terrible customer service (or lack thereof) experience.

I really do not believe this is a real … I really do not believe this is a real company. It is a scam. Paid to backup, had a drive crash and now they cannot retrieve my files. Millions of excuses and no action. This is not a real company. Do not use them under any circumstances.
