GBVery frustrating and irritating experience First, be aware that Zipcloud is NOT an Apple product as you could easily believe when you have an Imac or Iphone, especially when they warn you that if you don't enroll in their backup program you are going to lose all your data, information and pictures. I stupidly paid for a trial period they advertized but cancelled right away (in writing) after I found out it was useless for me and not from Apple. For a year they have been harassing me with pushy emails proposing me discounts and financial arrangements to have me back. A few days ago, my Paypal account was debited automatically for a "plan account subscription" that I NEVER authorized. Obviously they kept my bank statements on file and tried to charge me a year later. Maybe it was a computer error but it looks like a fraudulent transaction to me!

GBAbsolutely the worst company on the planet Absolutely the worst company on the planet. I would give them a minus 10 if I could. They charge you for UNLIMITED service then cap you at 1TB without telling you. NOTHING about this company works. They can’t take your credit card on their site, the 24/7 customer phone number they give is a garbled recording that just hangs up on you. Truly, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am looking for another cloud storage option as soon as I finish writing this. Just wanted to save others from the frustration I have had

GBI have tried cancelling my subscription… I have tried cancelling my subscription for three years as I use iCloud for my back up system now. Even when I cancelled my credit card they still managed to bill my credit card for a service I don’t use and didn’t ask to renew. It is impossible to get through to customer service to stop my subscription from renewing. I chatted with a service rep and they were not helpful in helping me cancel their service. I’m not even sure what this company even does do I think it’s a scam.
