Dhiraj has been helpful since day 1 … Dhiraj has been helpful since day 1 with small hiccups and problems. Friendly service and I have spent many years advising Netrouting as a hosting solution.

Great, solid, knowledgable staff, 5 of 5!! Can really recommend Netrouting to anyone. Their uptime is solid, the speed is what's it adverstised to be, their servers is awesome, the support is availble 24/7 and very fast to help you if you run into some issues. I really love this hosting company!!! Great GUI/interface when logged into the panel aswell :) Regards, Jonatan

Stay away from this privacy invasive company requesting passport scans Stay away from this garbage privacy invasive company. They will start requesting a photo ID from you just to become a CUSTOMER!! Even if you have not even submitted any card details or payment info. They do this to protect themself they claim. No thank you. You are not a bank or the police. You cannot just gather peoples ID cards or passport which you want in high quality. How is this going to protect you from fraud? There is a big risk they will start requesting identification info from customers down the line I believe. If you dont want to provide it as a matter of principle, stay away from them!! Chances are they will terminate your account.

Completelly awful hosting I'm using this hosting for 4 years. Very often their servers are down, support is sooo sloow, they always "surprised" when you say them about dead servers. I will never recommend this hosting! NEVER use it for busyness!! Answer: Oh, please! Your support was looking for the reason for 12+ hours. And found that server has blocked my IP. 12+ hours!!! I have tons of tickets "Showing 1 to 41 of 41 entries" All the way I have "404" from my sites, so please. Your support is useless. I'm gonna move from you very soon. Have a good day!
