GBUseless Useless, poor quality of calls (drop out every 2 seconds despite being on 650mbps - Fast internet). Called and waited for 20 minutes to try and cancel and just gave up, no answer just repeated hold. Submitted a support message and received an automated response saying they'll be back to me in 24 hours... let's see.

THSuspend my account for no real reason and refuse to give refund. My experience suggest that you should avoid them. I register for their online fax service with 2 fax number and a year of payment. One day after that my account got suspended because of "fraudulent activity" (by doing almost nothing). I called customer service and their answer is the suspension will remain and will not disclose the reason. After sometime I call them again request for my refund, they said they will not issue any refund or offer any service. It's free money for them at this point.

CABrutal! Don’t walk! Run! Terrible customer service, terrible tech support, terrible product. Still trying to cancel my account- that’s becoming yet another strike. Don’t even begin with this company. Pay a little more elsewhere and get a lot! RUN!

GBI have been using them for 4 years… I have been using them for 4 years using Polycom VVX500, no problems. Just reset my phone today(been using for 4 years) and called support. In the past, I called support 2 years ago and was great. Today, I talked to support, no clue about phone, could not tell what was wrong, could see my MAC address, but could not send config file. Now, I have to look for new provider. Anyone have Ideas. If phone.com has a solution I will stay (if you are reading this). Going to keep till end of month have app on cell phone. Hope this helps.

GBDon't use phone.com, you'll regret it. I was with Phone.com for three years until their Yealink phone had a vulnerability that allowed a hack into our business systems. I reached out to their support team and received no response. I had just renewed my annual subscription. I changed service providers over the whole debacle and phone.com would not give me a prorated refund. Shameful business practice.
