GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Did not work consistently. Charged for the entire year and then when cancelling they refuse to prorate any refund.

GBExisting Customer, Poor Experience I've been using Phone.com for the last 3+ years. We recently increased our # of phones/lines from 3 to 7. In doing so, Phone.com did not program them properly and then there was an issue with their network which prevented us from being able to set them up. We spent countless hours on the phone with Phone.com's support to no avail. They seemed clueless. Finally we hired an IT company to help us, who successfully got them working. We asked Phone.com for reimbursement on this invoice and they refused because we should have followed their support team's instructions .... which was to reset the internet equipment over and over again until we became tired of sitting on the phone with them. Phone.com is not worth the expense, hassle or poor excuse of a support team.

GBTerrible service Terrible company. Major hassle to set up, poor coverage here in Las Vegas, needs frequent updates that are a hassle to do, text messaging quit working and it was so much grief to resolve that I just went without texting for months, made it hard to port out my number out, kept billing me after I ported my numbers out. I switched to Tello, VASTLY better service. If you hate your life and want stress and wasted time, then phone.com is for you.

GBUseless Useless, poor quality of calls (drop out every 2 seconds despite being on 650mbps - Fast internet). Called and waited for 20 minutes to try and cancel and just gave up, no answer just repeated hold. Submitted a support message and received an automated response saying they'll be back to me in 24 hours... let's see.

GBWorst phone service ever Worst phone service ever. Had them for 2 months and no calls can be made or received. Customer service is almost non existent and they use promts that don't answer the question. Then when you get someone if you ever do they ask the most basic things and the issue never gets resolved. Avoid this if your trying to run a business for a professional company. Phone.com is for anyone who wants to pay money but not have an actual working service.
