I have been ordering from LalaDaisy for… I have been ordering from LalaDaisy for years & have only had to use customer service once when there was an issue with UPS not being able to deliver to my PO Box. Tara was great and sent me a new order via USPS since the first order couldn’t be delivered.

Everything is packaged well. There’s a strong tape on all the caps to prevent spilling. I trust this site and will buy from them again.

I am surprised to read so many… I am surprised to read so many negative reviews. I have been shopping LaLa Daisy for over a year and I have never had a problem. My order is always correct and arrives in a timely matter. Can’t write about customer service as I have never had any need to use them. Mg

Missing seal, obviously diluted Bought Davines Love shampoo, got suspicious when the seal on the bottle was missing. Still had an existing bottle to compare to, the product from Lala Daisy was obviously diluted. Returning immediately, hopefully no issues with a refund.

Couldn’t be better. Purchased from the this company multiple times over the course of 2 years. Authentic products at a fantastic price. I hope they never go out of business. Oh, did I mention free shipping with no minimum?
