It's a handicapped support service It's a handicapped support service. I went through 6 chats... first is a bot you have to trick into giving you a "real person". This "person" will then ask what they are summoned for. Then they will ignore your plead to forever leave their god horrid "service". But they will send you to a "specialist". This "specialist" will then follow up with more plan options that you DIDN'T ask for. Even if they answer your pleas for help, they manage to fist you with another offer to CHANGE plans... I have never wanted to end my life this badly. And that is not a joke... or overdoing it...
