Unfriendly, Aggressive and Complicated Adobe is very **unlike** many reputable and global subscriptions systems such as with Amazon and NetFlix. It limits your payment options in terms of country of origin and forces you to a series of aggressive failed payments. The **LACK** of accessible customer service adds to this and leaves you with no options with a matter cannot be resolved quick enough at hand. The very global etiquette of monthly rolling / cancel at the end of a billing period option does not exist. It seems they would like their users to get stuck with no communications where **even** paying with another payment card at another country is NOT possible. Things are NOT made simple and easy. Tells you A LOT about the product and company.

Subscribed to a monthly contract Subscribed to a monthly contract, only to find out I cannot cancel and am required to pay an early cancellation fee because apparently it is an "yearly contract" which is paid monthly. A complete scam, apps are also useless, you could do better with a free online edit app. Avoid!

RPlease read this review before subscribing. Please read this review before considering subscription with Adobe - it is akin to daylight robbery if you opt for monthly subscription. When I joined there was not any other option apart from pay monthly or annually. However once you go beyond the trial , you are then stuck in a loop of money being taken out year on year as it AUTO-RENEWS your subscription and there is NO OPTION to stop autorenewal. This is a BIG MONEY DRAINING PROBLEM as there is an EXIT FEE which is rather expensive once it autorenews at the end of the year. I decided to pay £86 exit fee on top of £19.99 per month for the pro subscription just to CANCEL this money draining subscription trap. Shameful. Never again will I ever subscribe to this. BEWARE!

Adobe is a scammers! Never & ever signed up to them! I wish there's a zero star. Adobe is a scammer! Never & ever signed up to them! Adobe uses predatory subscription practices, locking most of their features and then taking hostage of you to subscribe at $20/month. When you don't need their useless & complicated services, they scam you $109 dollars to terminate the yearly plan you signed up for (because a month-to-month plan was nearly double the monthly rate). So for you to be able to edit one document (to merge pdf documents, in my case), you are lured to spend hundreds of dollars due to predatory practices. It's actually kind of greedy and disingenuous for such a huge company to manipulate/lure and then force unsuspecting users to pay such big amounts. The thing is I've already terminated this useless & crappy program (which I barely used it due to its complication & uselessness) last year (after taking me hostage for 12 months, threatening me otherwise to pay early cancellation payment). They signed me up this year to their scam plan without my consent, and they didn't even have the decency to email me the invoice. This is a white-collar scam at its worst.
