I cannot retrieve a single file I uploaded and when I send an email asking for help, it comes back 'address unknown'. Nobody answers the chat either. It seems that this site was a scam which unfortunately I fell for. Do NOT purchase Thunderdrive.

Now the drive space is gone and the support is not responding. they are word's number one fraudster and scammer. Never ever transact anything with thunderdrive. This companies in United states are scamming people all over the world and there is no legal remedy for people from outside US.

Never purchase Thunderdrive I have purchased 2 accounts in lifetime deal, one was on eu.thunderdrive.com and another one was on app.thunderdrive.com both accounts are not working, the eu.thunderdrive.com domain is now invalid and app.thunderdrive.com is almost unusable no option is working all stored data is lost never purchase thunderdrive.

I am not sure if forgot my password or… I am not sure if forgot my password or my password is not working with thunderDrive, but if I reset password - email is never sent. tried contacting from chat, email and message but no response. This is truly frustrating. There is no accountability here. Resolved after contacting an amazing guy here. Thanks I have been waiting since 2 weeks now.
