ThunderDrive is dead + contact info The update from Roman A. Masaryk that ThunderDrive is completely down is true for me as well. app.thunderdrive.io no longer responds. At least prior to this I could see my files (but not download). All the site ownership info is redacted for privacy in the whois database, however there is an address on their data privacy page. It is a home at 4425 W Pinsapo Dr Fresno, CA 93772 and ownership of that property is redacted as well as it is owned by a public official. However, one could snail mail them at that address asking for a refund. Probably won't respond but who knows?

I am not sure if forgot my password or… I am not sure if forgot my password or my password is not working with thunderDrive, but if I reset password - email is never sent. tried contacting from chat, email and message but no response. This is truly frustrating. There is no accountability here. Resolved after contacting an amazing guy here. Thanks I have been waiting since 2 weeks now.

Thunderdrive is scam Thunderdrive is scam, it works for me a bit of time, then when starts to upload another bunch of photos it says password is wrong I tried many times to reset my pass and never received any email from them. I looked everywhere inbox junk they never send me the reset link!! I emailed the support and didn’t get any response 🤨.

SCAM. SCAM. How can other reasonably reputed websites peddle this scam. I bought lifetime 2TB storage. Now , I can't login and the site says my username email doesn't exist. This is pure SCAM. The worst thing is the files I have lost, apart from the money of course. If anybody knows how to register complaint to appropriate US authorities, please let me know.
