Never purchase Thunderdrive I have purchased 2 accounts in lifetime deal, one was on eu.thunderdrive.com and another one was on app.thunderdrive.com both accounts are not working, the eu.thunderdrive.com domain is now invalid and app.thunderdrive.com is almost unusable no option is working all stored data is lost never purchase thunderdrive.

Very poor quality Very poor quality, impossible to send larger(?) files which are bigger than 300mb!!! Those stupid ars...les from thinderdrive are trying to block trustpilot reviews! This was my another review given sh..ty quality of your service! Trying to block the truth never worked in history so I cannot wait to see your failure!

Never, ever. Files are broken. Does not work at all - files are damaged, unreadable. The service is not usable for anything as one cannot be sure their files will be available when needed. Support is unavailable - on the chat is always bot although you can see the lady's photo at first sight, email cannot be sent. I tried to ask for refund more times but not possible way to contact them... Scam, don't waste your money and find other lifetime services, not thi one. Never. Never, ever. Do you get me? Never!

Stay Away from Thunderdrive.io cloud storage, absolutely no Customer Support While the idea of using cloud storage is a great idea, thunderdrive.io makes it a nightmare. I purchased 2TB a couple of years ago and last year purchased the 8TB deal. Nothing has worked since that purchase. Everything I had uploaded can't be downloaded, reviewed or shared. I've notified the "Support Staff" more than 10 times with no response. My recommendation to anyone wanting cloud storage is to stay very far away from thunderdrive.io

Scam, Fraud, worst, unprofessional Scam, Fraud, worst, unprofessional. I had purchased the drive space at thunderdrive in 2019. Now the drive space is gone and the support is not responding. they are word's number one fraudster and scammer. Never ever transact anything with thunderdrive. This companies in United states are scamming people all over the world and there is no legal remedy for people from outside US.
