Friends be aware ..... Friends, I tell you the fact that Prismdrive.com is actually previously Thunderdrive.io ( both are from same scammer team). As Thunderdrive is disappeared similarly Prismdrive.com will be with our precious data. So be aware .....

Just don't do it! Don't do it! The entire service it's a mess: painfully slow upload (more than 15 minutes for a 300 MBytes upload?!), painfully slow (or unavailable) download / view, no apps, no sync, no versioning, no real file manager, no anything useful. And, of course, no customer support! I have about 65 gigs of media, uploaded in background during several weeks (?!), which, now, I consider lost data through thunderdrive.io service. Worst 60 bucks ever spent!

Scam, Fraud, worst, unprofessional Scam, Fraud, worst, unprofessional. I had purchased the drive space at thunderdrive in 2019. Now the drive space is gone and the support is not responding. they are word's number one fraudster and scammer. Never ever transact anything with thunderdrive. This companies in United states are scamming people all over the world and there is no legal remedy for people from outside US.

SCAM. SCAM. How can other reasonably reputed websites peddle this scam. I bought lifetime 2TB storage. Now , I can't login and the site says my username email doesn't exist. This is pure SCAM. The worst thing is the files I have lost, apart from the money of course. If anybody knows how to register complaint to appropriate US authorities, please let me know.

I am not sure if forgot my password or… I am not sure if forgot my password or my password is not working with thunderDrive, but if I reset password - email is never sent. tried contacting from chat, email and message but no response. This is truly frustrating. There is no accountability here. Resolved after contacting an amazing guy here. Thanks I have been waiting since 2 weeks now.
