I will be using these daily - I use them with Ayurvidic face oils & am sure that my wrinkles & under eye puffiness (I’m 59 & live an outdoors life in southern spain so have quite a few wrinkles) have reduces.. using them is also a lovely experience, & very relaxing & revitalising - I’m very happy with my purchase..

CHFRAUD avoid this place I ordered 2 by mistake, emailed them after 1 minute of purchase, received an answer 2 days later saying " too late for refunds" and then NOTHING its been 2 weeks 0 communication. FRAUD COMPANY i will go to police today.

GBPositive experience I have bought Ice globes and it accidentally added other items that I didn't order. I was worried as it was a lot of money to spend and not get back. A lovely customer service member phoned me and reassure me that I will get a refund for the products although they can't return the extra products I may keep them. Thank you I didn't expect that. Can't wait to try my new products!

AUStay away from this company! All the good reviews are fake reviews! I was looking for face massagers and stumbled upon their website offering a huge 70% off on the ice globes. I should have closed their website right there. But I ordered 2. And then the nightmare began. They then proceed to bombard you with additional offers, the order process is now a 7-step process, each step a new offer e.g. comfort set, pink colored ones. Take note that under each additional offer, there’s a small print to click to not avail of the offer, but even though you do click on skip offer, the items still get charged to your card from the initial order. I ended up being fraudulently charged 4x comfort set, 4 x pink globes. As soon as I realized this, I immediately closed the browser and opened a new one to find Support. I wish I could say that at least support was good, but no, I was once again made several offers to try to change my mind about canceling my order. It was free gifts, and then a $72 discount. I made it clear I wanted a refund and then they said they would get in touch with me. They just emailed me now and said that they are unable to modify my order and that if I wanted to return it, I would need to pay for shipping cost. (But that the $72 discount is still on offer). I will of course return all items. I read another reviewer eventually got their refund. But this company’s practices I would say are still less than above board. I am now proceeding with lodging a complaint with the ACCC. Companies like this should not be able to operate in Australia.

GBGreat Product The ordering and delivery process was timely. The product is great although there may be some confusion as to whether they should be kept in the fridge or freezer so I do a bit of both. The product itself is great and my skin feels refreshed and brighter afer use. The only thing I would comment on is that it would be useful to have the demonstration guide in the form of a small booklet in the box rather than e-version on the website. So much more handy for reference purposes. Hope they take it on board
