Don’t just don’t! Only use this company if you want to be bombarded by phone calls! Despite asking not to be contacted and to be removed from their database they still insist on calling from random numbers that get blocked after every call! So much for GDPR. The product isn’t brilliant either you can buy much cheaper elsewhere UPDATE 13/11/23 if you complain about their product they still try to contact you by email offering a refund & a free gift so that you take your review down. Just had a call from the US asking for my bank details- do they think that I’m stupid? Scam company & disgusting service! Yet another number blocked! 17/11/23 and after being promised never to be contacted again - another call from an 0203 number- they are now being reported to the ICO! Avoid like the plague!

Love this product Fantastic ordering process. No issues . Very straight forward . Love the product . Packaged luxuriously looks a lot more expensive . Product does exactly as advertised and feels very robust and expensive . Nothing cheap about this item . The concept itself is brilliant . It makes your skin feel amazing and once you start you don’t want to stop !

Positive experience I have bought Ice globes and it accidentally added other items that I didn't order. I was worried as it was a lot of money to spend and not get back. A lovely customer service member phoned me and reassure me that I will get a refund for the products although they can't return the extra products I may keep them. Thank you I didn't expect that. Can't wait to try my new products!

Great Product The ordering and delivery process was timely. The product is great although there may be some confusion as to whether they should be kept in the fridge or freezer so I do a bit of both. The product itself is great and my skin feels refreshed and brighter afer use. The only thing I would comment on is that it would be useful to have the demonstration guide in the form of a small booklet in the box rather than e-version on the website. So much more handy for reference purposes. Hope they take it on board

FRAUD avoid this place I ordered 2 by mistake, emailed them after 1 minute of purchase, received an answer 2 days later saying " too late for refunds" and then NOTHING its been 2 weeks 0 communication. FRAUD COMPANY i will go to police today.
