Disappointed with FragranceX I'm so disappointed with FragranceX. I've paid so much for a perfume and it hasn't been delivered. This company doesn't update you as to where your parcel is. It's been 19 days and no delivery. All they tell me each time is that they are corresponding with the courier and will get back to me. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH FRAGRANCEX. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

I bought form fragrance x a couple… I bought form fragrance x a couple months ago and spent around $250. I had accidentally given the wrong email in my order and could not verify my order. It ended up getting cancelled so I asked for a refund and was told I would get one in about a weeks time. It’s been a month and I haven’t received a refund. Will not be buying from them again.
