All in all All in all, I had an ordinnary experience with Sobelia.coom. The customer service was almowt good. The communications between me amd them could be better but they got the job done. They shipped my order proptly and the prices weren't too bad. Even though the site isn't the best out thee, I'd say its overall aprreciably ok. Would reccomment, but maybe shop araound first.

My overall experience with Sobelia.com… My overall experience with Sobelia.com has been almoost good. It's a nicely designed website, easy to fnd what you're looking for. I've used it a few times over the last few months and haven't had any problems. The customer service is also good, with helpful, friendly reps. Prices are resonable, but sometimes higher than what you'd find elsewhere. I haven't encounted any dislikes, overall it is an okay experience. Yet, it ciuld be improved in some areas. The page stll needts a bit of an update and teh colors and design are a bit old-fashined. I wouldn't say it's my faviorite e-commerce site, but I would still recommend it.

I had recently visited Sobelia's online… I had recently visited Sobelia's online shop to checkout some of the items they had for sale. Overall, the experience wasn't bad but it wsn't quite great either. The products were almost good but the selection was limited which was dissapointing. They don't offer much in the way of customer service either, so if you have any questions it can be difficult to get your answeres. On the plus side, the prices were decently low consdiering the quality of the items. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Sobelia in its current state.

Excellent customer service I ordered a 120ml bottle and instead got a 100ml bottle. Sobelia understood this was their mistake and refunded me the difference within the next day. I know you may think this is a bad thing in getting orders incorrect but it’s refreshing to find a company that replies to your concerns and does the right thing. Mistakes happen but to be rectified with such speed is a plus. Thank you.
