Thrilled! Great price, extremely speedy delivery (considering that my parcel was coming from the USA, which I did not know), and really prompt and informative customer service. The product is, of course, genuine, and I could not be happier. I would definitely order from them again.

Excellent customer service I ordered a 120ml bottle and instead got a 100ml bottle. Sobelia understood this was their mistake and refunded me the difference within the next day. I know you may think this is a bad thing in getting orders incorrect but it’s refreshing to find a company that replies to your concerns and does the right thing. Mistakes happen but to be rectified with such speed is a plus. Thank you.

Relatively quick shipping so can’t… Relatively quick shipping so can’t fault there... however, when it arrived in the thinnest packaging no fragile sign or protection for the glass bottle of perfume, I discovered that the bottle wasn’t full. Opening the box the bottle was damp (obviously the perfumes leaked from the travel) half the sticker of the bottle is scraped and also peeled off, this was meant to be a gift but i can’t give it to someone as a gift in the state it is. Won’t be purchasing again please be aware.
