Don’t get fleeced buy from these!!!! Great quick service. All genuine although unexpected that product was shipped from outside U.K. But arrived quicker than my U.K. order for similar products. All packaged correctly and sealed in branded packaging at a price point far lower than our Rip-Off chain stores charge (online that is). Cannot recommend enough for savvy shoppers that don’t like to be fleeced and simply pay more for no good reason. I will never buy another aftershave from so called trusted U.K. retailers again when you can save 40% from Sobelia.

I had recently visited Sobelia's online… I had recently visited Sobelia's online shop to checkout some of the items they had for sale. Overall, the experience wasn't bad but it wsn't quite great either. The products were almost good but the selection was limited which was dissapointing. They don't offer much in the way of customer service either, so if you have any questions it can be difficult to get your answeres. On the plus side, the prices were decently low consdiering the quality of the items. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Sobelia in its current state.

Excellent service. I fairly recently ordered some perfume which arrived very promptly, with all packaging in tact as so with the content. I had no Customs charges added for which I was more than pleased. From start to finish I have no complaints and can recommend this company and would use again.

Good value product, but not great packaging. Good value product, but dispatched in just a padded enveloped. As a result the outer box packaging arrived damaged which is not ideal when buying perfume as a gift.

Complete refund even though not their fault. I ordered some perfume for my wife before Christmas which unfortunately didn't arrive in time. I contacted Sobelia to find out where it was and was told it had been held up due to the UK leaving the EU, all completely believable. A little While later Sobelia contacted me to say they could not say how long it would be for me to get my order and offered me a full refund if i wasn't prepared to wait. I received this refund pretty much as soon as i replied to say i would like a refund. Sometimes its not just how good a company is in delivering but how good they are when they don't deliver. I will use them in the future.
