GBGood company, prompt responses After complaining that I thought the perfume I had ordered didn't seem right, Sobelia very kindly agreed to send me a prepaid label to return the item, and they refunded my money in full. This all happened in a short time scale, so overall I am very happy with this company.

GBGood value product, but not great packaging. Good value product, but dispatched in just a padded enveloped. As a result the outer box packaging arrived damaged which is not ideal when buying perfume as a gift.

GBExcellent customer service I ordered a 120ml bottle and instead got a 100ml bottle. Sobelia understood this was their mistake and refunded me the difference within the next day. I know you may think this is a bad thing in getting orders incorrect but it’s refreshing to find a company that replies to your concerns and does the right thing. Mistakes happen but to be rectified with such speed is a plus. Thank you.

GBRelatively quick shipping so can’t… Relatively quick shipping so can’t fault there... however, when it arrived in the thinnest packaging no fragile sign or protection for the glass bottle of perfume, I discovered that the bottle wasn’t full. Opening the box the bottle was damp (obviously the perfumes leaked from the travel) half the sticker of the bottle is scraped and also peeled off, this was meant to be a gift but i can’t give it to someone as a gift in the state it is. Won’t be purchasing again please be aware.

NLSlow and poor packaging I bought a niche fragrance and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Apart from that, the fragrance came inside the brown box without any kind of protection around it so the fragrance box was a bit damaged. Also, there was no plastic around it, it was already unboxed, I'm even wondering if the perfume was already used. Really bad experience, unfortunately.
