Don’t get fleeced buy from these!!!! Great quick service. All genuine although unexpected that product was shipped from outside U.K. But arrived quicker than my U.K. order for similar products. All packaged correctly and sealed in branded packaging at a price point far lower than our Rip-Off chain stores charge (online that is). Cannot recommend enough for savvy shoppers that don’t like to be fleeced and simply pay more for no good reason. I will never buy another aftershave from so called trusted U.K. retailers again when you can save 40% from Sobelia.

Complete refund even though not their fault. I ordered some perfume for my wife before Christmas which unfortunately didn't arrive in time. I contacted Sobelia to find out where it was and was told it had been held up due to the UK leaving the EU, all completely believable. A little While later Sobelia contacted me to say they could not say how long it would be for me to get my order and offered me a full refund if i wasn't prepared to wait. I received this refund pretty much as soon as i replied to say i would like a refund. Sometimes its not just how good a company is in delivering but how good they are when they don't deliver. I will use them in the future.

Good company, prompt responses After complaining that I thought the perfume I had ordered didn't seem right, Sobelia very kindly agreed to send me a prepaid label to return the item, and they refunded my money in full. This all happened in a short time scale, so overall I am very happy with this company.

Relatively quick shipping so can’t… Relatively quick shipping so can’t fault there... however, when it arrived in the thinnest packaging no fragile sign or protection for the glass bottle of perfume, I discovered that the bottle wasn’t full. Opening the box the bottle was damp (obviously the perfumes leaked from the travel) half the sticker of the bottle is scraped and also peeled off, this was meant to be a gift but i can’t give it to someone as a gift in the state it is. Won’t be purchasing again please be aware.
