Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Hid their no return policy for sale items and pushed hard to sell certain items on a mobile website. Customer service dragged their feel for 2 weeks and didn't offer any resolution except "sorry". I even offered to pay my own return shipping. Triple check their terms as it's a sneaky brand I certainly will not recommend them to others.

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! I never received my order. It has been more than a week and they haven’t done anything to resolve the issue and give me a refund. Seems like they like to hire rude and unprofessional people since shopping with Verishop has been a nightmare. I’ve had customer service reps closing the chat and ending calls without even apologizing for the situation.

Highly recommend Highly recommend. Ordered a beautiful mother of the bride dress but it did not fit correctly. Super easy return and refund policy. Didn't even have to pay return shipping charges! My credit card was quickly refunded and I ordered a different size dress; which arrived quickly. This one is a keeper; great quality! Outstanding customer service!

My experience was fantastic My experience was fantastic! The site was easy to navigate and the items well described. I ordered an item which was initially indicated as having a possible delay in shipping (this was shown prior to my purchase). I completed the purchase knowing of the delay. Within 2 days I was contacted directly by the artist for clarification as to mailing address and my item then arrived the next day. The item was beautiful and the packaging was great. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I received an item that wasn't the same… I received an item that wasn't the same as advertised. Please check your items thoroughly, take pictures of the item you ordered (to compare with what you get) keep your tags, any wrapping and box it came in. Although customer service was quick with resolution, their items are not inexpensive and the consumer should get what they ordered, it’s an inconvenience. I will not order here again.
