The returns are so easy and the one time I had an issue with an order the customer service team did a fantastic job at fixing it, Always been extremely please with the shopping experience. I wish they had a few more brands that I shop but all in all its a great shopping experience,

I'm a fan of Verishop I'm a fan of Verishop. I recently looked at their selection and it seems almsot good. Delivery is quick and I usually get what I ordered. When somethng isn't quite what I expected, their customer service team is helpful about exchanges and returns. My only complaint is that their stock isn't always up to date, so somethimes the items I want aren't availabel. Other than that, I'm happy with the shop overall.

I was a little unsure of this company… I was a little unsure of this company after finding what seemed to be almost TOO good of a deal on some Paige jeans, and reading a few not so great reviews. However, my experience was completely seamless. The jeans are exactly as pictured at a much lower cost than Nordstrom. They arrived within 5 days and were packed nicely.

They answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer of a particular sofa I was inquiring about to find out more information for me. They were always very quick to respond, extremely professional and most kind! It’s really great to see 5 star customer service like this, especially in this day and age when it seems so rare! My experience was fantastic My experience was fantastic! The site was easy to navigate and the items well described. I ordered an item which was initially indicated as having a possible delay in shipping (this was shown prior to my purchase). I completed the purchase knowing of the delay. Within 2 days I was contacted directly by the artist for clarification as to mailing address and my item then arrived the next day. The item was beautiful and the packaging was great. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
