My experience wtih MyCustomScent has… My experience wtih MyCustomScent has been averge. It isa pretdy much standard scent websie, so nothing overly remarkable about it. I liked the qualtiy of the products they offer, but the customers service could hve been a bit better. The prices are no above board, but they could do with a bit of relfuction as well. In all, the website is almost gud, but with some improvements here and there, it could be the perfext place to buy scents. I would rate it 3.5/5.

MyCustomScent sells FAKE Guerlain Received their $49.99 Guerlain Tonka Imperial 10ml decant today. Compared side by side with the real sample from Guerlain, their decant is unmistakably FAKE; observed from the opening to the dry-down, so this is not a rush to judgement. I'm a perfume collector & familiar with Guerlain fragrances for 20yrs. I know my stuff. They do have an unfair, "self-protecting" policy in place to release them from any accountability. >> Non-refundable if an item is opened/used, as in...you're screwed if using their item to find out later it's a fake. Also, to get a refund, a 20% restocking fee + the return-shipping cost, are also on you. I recommend that, if you run into this same problem with them, another alternative be escalating the dispute for a refund directly with their payment processors (Amazon Pay, Sezzle, Visa/Master, etc). [** See UPDATE below.] UPDATE (March 11, 2024): MyCustomScent's CEO reached out to resolve misunderstandings/disputes and make things right. They immediately issued a FULL refund, accompanied with a return-shipping label for me to send back the item. I was satisfied that their actions to correct the matter came through promptly, so I withdrew the dispute filed with Amazon Pay accordingly.
