Their Fragrances are weak Their Fragrances are weak. They're not the right color. Customer service never got back to me. No response through email, Facebook etc. Totally trash company selling weak/fake fragrances

The only reason I give a 4 star rating… The only reason I give a 4 star rating is cause I feel like the bottle size on the custom side should be bigger, or the price should be tweaked a little bit more. Its hard to make profit with a company trying to sale the product over keep for self. But other than that no complaints I think its cool to make my own fragrance and people love it when they smell it.

Perfect Scent I'd been waiting to try Ganymede and I was more impressed that I thought I would be. It's such a unique scent that's fresh and inviting. Nothing in my almost 200 collection smells like it! I've already received around 5 compliments and purchased a full bottle!

Restocking Fee For Fake Product They sent me a bottle of diluted LeLabo Tabac 28. Then they asked me to send it back, which I did. Then they have the nerve to charge me a 20% restocking fee for something they deliberately altered, and didn't offer to reimburse for the return shipping. www.mycustomscent is a fraudulent, and unscrupulous business that should be avoided at all cost. Spread the word.
