GBI signed up for an annual membership… I signed up for an annual membership and received the spring box when I signed up. I barely missed the window for annual members for the summer box since the email notification went to my spam. When I reached out just 7 hours after the window closed the representative basically said, they send an email and post on their website, social media accounts and their calendar the customization timeline, check your spam folder for it. I don’t use social media, the message did go to spam and I don’t check their site regularly. It left me out of luck. From looking online at sneak peeks of the box I’m not too thrilled at what might be in a box I didn’t pick. Cocktail shakers, bottle stoppers, other things like that would be disappointing since I have been having a sober home for quite a bit. Other things like skin care, self tanner, etc only works for some. While I liked the idea of a fun box of things I might normally try…this just isn’t it. The retail value on items is high for what the items are.

GBSomehow my email was not entered into… Somehow my email was not entered into the new website and my annual box was sent without me getting to customize. She explained policies, reported it and had it fixed. Also allowed me to customize my box. Appreciated it as I’ve been a member since 2018.

CACustomer service rep Leo Rocks! I received my spring FabFitFun add on boxes and the Swell bowl came absent the lid, interior shelf x the stainless steel salad dressing box. Right away I contacted FabFitFun and immediately Leo responded informing he had already sent out replacement. I went from disappointment to very happy how fast Leo rectified the problem.

CAHave had three negative incidents with… Have had three negative incidents with the company. Your staff is great to help resolve the issue on the phone, but still not resolved regarding the company. It's too easy to throw 10 dollars at the problem and think that it's going to make the customer satisfied with their experience. Have cancelled my membership due to ongoing dissatisfaction with the company.
