The most famous product in a saturated market for a reason Customer service here is always great. They go above and beyond for their customers, even when the customer has made mistakes (guilty). I have been a customer for years and can’t see myself leaving anytime soon.

I signed up for an annual membership… I signed up for an annual membership and received the spring box when I signed up. I barely missed the window for annual members for the summer box since the email notification went to my spam. When I reached out just 7 hours after the window closed the representative basically said, they send an email and post on their website, social media accounts and their calendar the customization timeline, check your spam folder for it. I don’t use social media, the message did go to spam and I don’t check their site regularly. It left me out of luck. From looking online at sneak peeks of the box I’m not too thrilled at what might be in a box I didn’t pick. Cocktail shakers, bottle stoppers, other things like that would be disappointing since I have been having a sober home for quite a bit. Other things like skin care, self tanner, etc only works for some. While I liked the idea of a fun box of things I might normally try…this just isn’t it. The retail value on items is high for what the items are.

System issues cause bad items sent Twice they have failed to send me the notification to pick my items so I’ve been sent what’s left. To make up for it I get to pick 3 more items from what’s leftover after that…very disappointing.

AMAZING!! … Thank you for offering a textting customer service line, wish more companies did it! All of your staff were incredibly helpful, polite & patient with me as I am technology challenged. Corrected my problem and refunded me within a day and I was able to grab all my favorite items with my swap for credit! Thank you all so much!!!
