My experience with rossinails.com was… My experience with rossinails.com was almoust good. I have bought some items a couple times before and I was happy with the quality of the items. Nothing spectucalar and the customer service was ok. They could be better at handling requests and getting back to customers in a more timely manner. That said, it wasn't a bad experiece either. All-in-all, I would recommend them for people looking for basic products, but if you're looking for something higher end, the selection may not be as varied here.

I order march 5th it says 72 hours… I order march 5th it says 72 hours maximum to ship . Its almost 17th and still says order place. I paid with afterpay i submitted a dispute . Costumer service dpnt answer my emails and dont answer the dispute either. Ive been told their costumer service is really bad. Well i confirm that. Stay away for this company they are not serious.

They have a ton of instructional videos to help you get started, and a fantastic Facebook group with other customers to share tips and colors! It’s so easy, and fun to do my own nails now!! You’ll quickly become addicted, so prepare for that!
