INCREDIBLE Incredible company and out of this world customer service!!! If they accidentally miss something/make an error in your order they will send you the replacement product-no questions asked! My dog spilled one of my dip powders, Rossi reached out to me and sent me a complete new one!! Their community page on social media is super helpful and Rossi is always giving tips/tricks and responds to just about every post! It is very hard to find a company like this nowadays. INCREDIBLE!

Will never purchase again I purchased two items thinking from Australia . Taken weeks to get and I'm sent the wrong colours . According to Rossi customer service through emails with a person with very bad broken English informing they are the right ones . They are dull, not glittery and couldn't look any diffrent to the colours I have purchased .

Shipping takes awfully long Very slow shipping. Do they use ground transportation for it? I do not know what career they use, but shipping is taking forever. Also, they split the order into two, parts of the order will be arriving separately (assuming they arrive at some point). How annoying

I bought 1 kit, joined the Facebook group and I have become completely addicted to these amazing products! My experience with rossinails.com was… My experience with rossinails.com was almoust good. I have bought some items a couple times before and I was happy with the quality of the items. Nothing spectucalar and the customer service was ok. They could be better at handling requests and getting back to customers in a more timely manner. That said, it wasn't a bad experiece either. All-in-all, I would recommend them for people looking for basic products, but if you're looking for something higher end, the selection may not be as varied here.
