Holy smokes, their products are beyond gratifying that after purchasing my first test order I bought 100+ more dips! Truthfully once you buy from them you’ll never go back to another company again, and also don’t forget to join their Facebook group as well for announcements on deals, restocks and help from other customers or even Rossi themselves!

Very very disappointed Very very disappointed. Wish I would have read reviews BEFORE placing an order. However, I would have never dreamed to check reviews for Rossi. I had a wonderful experience using their dip liquids about 2 years ago and never gave it a second thought to order from them again. After waiting a couple of weeks of not receiving an email with a shipping date and tracking number, I emailed the company. Impressed with a response within 24 hours I quickly learned my order was coming from China. I thought they were USA made? I see a couple others have been duped as well. Learned my lesson.

My experience with rossinails.com was… My experience with rossinails.com was almoust good. I have bought some items a couple times before and I was happy with the quality of the items. Nothing spectucalar and the customer service was ok. They could be better at handling requests and getting back to customers in a more timely manner. That said, it wasn't a bad experiece either. All-in-all, I would recommend them for people looking for basic products, but if you're looking for something higher end, the selection may not be as varied here.
