INCREDIBLE Incredible company and out of this world customer service!!! If they accidentally miss something/make an error in your order they will send you the replacement product-no questions asked! My dog spilled one of my dip powders, Rossi reached out to me and sent me a complete new one!! Their community page on social media is super helpful and Rossi is always giving tips/tricks and responds to just about every post! It is very hard to find a company like this nowadays. INCREDIBLE!

Have a very friendly and supportive customer service team and fb community page. Only downside is you might be addicted to it and keep making new orders!!

But after contacting customer service, they responded so fast and the issue was solved in 2hours. They shipped me the replacement in next day. They have wonderful customer service representatives. I started using Rossi home dip powders… I started using Rossi home dip powders last fall, because I wanted to get my nails done but didn’t want to risk the gross infections from everyone using the same dips. So I bought like 15 colors right away, two days later bought another 15 or so.. there’s literally every color you’ve ever wanted your nails! Once I tried it I was hooked!! They have a ton of instructional videos to help you get started, and a fantastic Facebook group with other customers to share tips and colors! It’s so easy, and fun to do my own nails now!! You’ll quickly become addicted, so prepare for that!

Warning: Rossi Products Are Addictive When the pandemic hit, I didn’t want to risk going to the salon to get my nails done. After sitting at home every day in my pajamas without doing my hair and makeup, I wanted a way to feel pretty again, so I started doing my nails myself. The Rossi products are gorgeous and easy to use, and their customer service is out of this world. The best part is honestly the Rossi community where I can connect and bond with fellow mani addicts and share our love of the products. This is definitely an obsession now, and I don’t think I’m ever going back to the salon, even when things are normal again.
