Will never purchase again I purchased two items thinking from Australia . Taken weeks to get and I'm sent the wrong colours . According to Rossi customer service through emails with a person with very bad broken English informing they are the right ones . They are dull, not glittery and couldn't look any diffrent to the colours I have purchased .

Dreadfull service Dreadfull service, waited 10 days and no update regarding my order so I decided to email customer service. Who emailed back to say the items I had ordered weren't available! Had I not emailed I would have been none the wiser. I'm now waiting for a refund, which I have very little confidence that I'll receive based on the service recieved so far.

I order march 5th it says 72 hours… I order march 5th it says 72 hours maximum to ship . Its almost 17th and still says order place. I paid with afterpay i submitted a dispute . Costumer service dpnt answer my emails and dont answer the dispute either. Ive been told their costumer service is really bad. Well i confirm that. Stay away for this company they are not serious.

I started using Rossi home dip powders… I started using Rossi home dip powders last fall, because I wanted to get my nails done but didn’t want to risk the gross infections from everyone using the same dips. So I bought like 15 colors right away, two days later bought another 15 or so.. there’s literally every color you’ve ever wanted your nails! Once I tried it I was hooked!! They have a ton of instructional videos to help you get started, and a fantastic Facebook group with other customers to share tips and colors! It’s so easy, and fun to do my own nails now!! You’ll quickly become addicted, so prepare for that!

Very very disappointed Very very disappointed. Wish I would have read reviews BEFORE placing an order. However, I would have never dreamed to check reviews for Rossi. I had a wonderful experience using their dip liquids about 2 years ago and never gave it a second thought to order from them again. After waiting a couple of weeks of not receiving an email with a shipping date and tracking number, I emailed the company. Impressed with a response within 24 hours I quickly learned my order was coming from China. I thought they were USA made? I see a couple others have been duped as well. Learned my lesson.
