GBI order march 5th it says 72 hours… I order march 5th it says 72 hours maximum to ship . Its almost 17th and still says order place. I paid with afterpay i submitted a dispute . Costumer service dpnt answer my emails and dont answer the dispute either. Ive been told their costumer service is really bad. Well i confirm that. Stay away for this company they are not serious.

NZOrdered from them a month ago still nothing Ordered from them a month ago, received no tracking and no product!! contacted them about 4 times already, email, on Facebook as well as instagram, They seem to be ignoring my messages as they posted 2 weeks ago on their social media. Would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from them. Pathetic.

AUWill never purchase again I purchased two items thinking from Australia . Taken weeks to get and I'm sent the wrong colours . According to Rossi customer service through emails with a person with very bad broken English informing they are the right ones . They are dull, not glittery and couldn't look any diffrent to the colours I have purchased .

GBShipping takes awfully long Very slow shipping. Do they use ground transportation for it? I do not know what career they use, but shipping is taking forever. Also, they split the order into two, parts of the order will be arriving separately (assuming they arrive at some point). How annoying
