I loved all the products, but... I loved all the products! Amazing sent, gentle on my skin and everything feels like silk on my face! I’m obsessed!! I ordered the full Gabi bundle however the night cream was missing and in its place was an extra day cream and eye cream. I reached out to customer service the day I received the order and realized it was missing, I have yet to hear back.

Scam of a company, keeps charging my card First off, back in September they were doing a promotion so I ordered some stuff from their company, I did a reoccurring subscription and added a discount code. I did two separate orders and emailed support if they can just combine my orders. That lead them to realize their mistake with giving a discount on the subscription price and an additional discount from the code. Without any explanation they just cancelled my order. First time I’ve seen a company punish its customer for their own error. Fast forward to December 2020, for some reason my cancelled subscription was charged AGAIN months later! I emailed them to refund me. They didn’t even respond but sent a fake refund email. I waited almost two weeks and noticed the $184 has still not been refunded. Emailed them, no response. I had to open a case with my credit card company and got my money back. Bottom line: Not sure how good their skin care is, but be careful when you enter your credit card information on their website, they’ll keep charging you without a product, shady company.

I have been using Pumpkin and Spice for 2 weeks I have been using Pumpkin and Spice for 2 weeks now! My skin looks healthier and silky smooth. The eye cream works wonderful! The night serum leaves your skin feeling fresh, clean and moisturized. The mask works well on taking off all dry flakey and dry skin. I love all of the products and are a great combination. I highly recommend these 3 products together to get the best results.

Omg so the only reason I gave 1 star… Omg so the only reason I gave 1 star was because I ordered the nighttime lotion and eye cream and got the day lotion and my eye cream was almost empty and dried solid. I contacted customer service and was told I would be sent the night cream once it was available because it was on back order. They argued with me about the eye cream and after weeks of arguing about this eye cream they finally sent me three eye creams and another day lotion but guess what?? I never got my night lotion!!! It’s insane!! The products are amazing and I think they just got swamped with orders honestly because I ordered at peek fall season and I do love the products so yes I will order more and I hope this is just a fluke. I do love the eye cream though and the replacement jars weren’t dried solid but I really wanted that night lotion damnit!!

Highly Disappointed, don't bother I emailed and called multiple times about my order and recently no response. I never received my order and they charged me multiple times for $99 for a subscription I never signed up for. I very much do not recommend.
