GBPoor product and poorer customer service Tried to utilize this program to assist with working on reviewing skills with my older dog who is already pretty well trained (knows basic commands well). Wanted to work more on off leash training mainly. Program is not very interactive and doesn't really give more than just plain old common sense...if I wanted that I wouldn't have paid for it and would;ve used the money to get an in person trainer. Also, their cancellation policy and ability to contact customer service is a bit archeic for this day and age - emailing and not getting a response for a week, plus not being notified when susbscription renewals are coming up. Do not waste your money and get an in person trainer even if using for buffing up on skills.

GBI was expecting much more I think that the course contains really good material, but since it is a text-based course, the information is not accessible it needs video, examples, pictures etc. I was expecting much more.

GBEliminated my training anxiety : ) I adopted a 4 month old puppy and was confused as where to start - potty training? separation/trust? Wiglo provided me with a great plan to organize and implement Max's training - it alleviated most of my worry in how to go about training my new puppy : ) Great layout of steps to take and descriptions of training implementation - requires some reading, patience and repeating to see the desired behaviors. Consistency and repetitiveness are key for my dog, and Wiglo helps me to keep on track and not confuse the dog, or overwhelm me! * also Wiglo support is great via email. GBI saw significant progress with my dog I saw significant progress with my dog, within weeks of starting the program. We are down to just walking behavior now. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful I would highly recommend this product.

GBTerrible Customer Service, Possible Scam We purchased the one year program, but then had no further use for it. One year afterwards, we were hit with the automatic 1 year charge of $119.88. Went to their website to ask for a refund and cancel subscription, Wiglo said we did not have a user name and there was no account with our email. So couldn't even cancel. There is no phone number for these people, so they were emailed. They canceled the subscription, but completely ignored any attempt to discuss a refund. We don't have the dogs, and I requested a refund the exact same day the charge went through - clearly with in the 14 days as stated on their website. After two days of being ignored, I am writing this review in order to get attention and get a refund, as it seems to have worked for other reviews here. Be very careful with this company, they are more than willing to collect money once people no longer want their service - which is very poor customer service at best and kind of scammy at worst. Again - Wiglo - please reach out! Edit - Once this review was written, the refund was offered within one hour. No communication was received prior to review. Upgrading to three stars due to my issue being resolved.
