So far its a 5/5 ! So far, wiglo has been amazing. I am still new here, but everything is laid out amazingly. I am training a PSD service dog who will, once completed training, be certified. These are NOT service dog tasks, but these courses help tremendously to lay a SOLID and reliable foundation. There is everything from potty training to leave it and proper socialization. A total of 12 courses as of now, that are all behaviors any dog should have. Acess to teainer help 24 hours, and there support is AMAZING. I was having some issues and Sara went above and beyond to help!

Non- Overwhelming Training! I really liked Wiglo. Training a dog can be overwhelming, but they break it down day by day. The lessons were easy to understand for me and my dog. I learned a lot about why my dog acts certain ways in situations and how to help that. I would recommend Wiglo to anyone who wants to train on their own time and have constant support. Plus, the price can't be beat!

Beware I never ordered this service. Not only did they charge me they won’t issue a refund. Beware of this company.

Eliminated my training anxiety : ) I adopted a 4 month old puppy and was confused as where to start - potty training? separation/trust? Wiglo provided me with a great plan to organize and implement Max's training - it alleviated most of my worry in how to go about training my new puppy : ) Great layout of steps to take and descriptions of training implementation - requires some reading, patience and repeating to see the desired behaviors. Consistency and repetitiveness are key for my dog, and Wiglo helps me to keep on track and not confuse the dog, or overwhelm me! * also Wiglo support is great via email. Very poor customer service. Refused to refund my money after charging me for a second year of their garbage program! Very poor customer service! Program is a waste of time and money! Just a bunch of written instructions to read and attempt to follow. No videos or demonstrations of techniques. A year and a half ago I had a new dog with separation anxiety issues. I thought this program would help. They wanted me to shut myself in the bathroom with the dog for 30min then try to leave without the dog following. Keep repeating daily till it works. Seriously?? I wasn't expecting instant results, I know training takes time, so I went ahead and got the 1 year plan to save money. It was a waste, but I figured lesson learned. A year later a $119 charge hits my bank account with no warning. I immediately called Wiglo, who refused to refund my money. I had the charge reversed by Shazam as fraud, but Wiglo had the audacity to fight it and get the charge reinstated. I reached out to them again by email (they don't have a phone number to talk to a live person) . They are ignoring me now. I just want my money back!!
