I placed the order on 29/30/2024 and got delivered to Australia on 19/04/2024(3 weeks). Communication is excellent. They got back to me really quick regarding my email about the delay in processing my order which was great. I can't really understand why there's so much negative reviews about this store on trustpilot. I had an excellent experience. Anyways, this going to be my go to place for buying perfumes even if it takes 3 weeks to get it delivered all the way from US to Australia. Although, I wish the shipping costs were a bit low.

awfully!! awfully!!! I made my order more than one maunth ago after that I got one email from them about they don't have one product in stock, asked me what I would like to get full refund or only for one product which is out of their stock, I said that I am waiting for one perfume and they can refund me for second perfume. After that I didn't get my perfume, it's still not shipped and I didn't get refund! They are keeping ignore all my emails. Just stolen my money. Please avoid this store!

Horrible customer service Purchase online waiting for two weeks… Purchase online waiting for you over two weeks is no way in the world You can contact this company. I sent them multiple emails through customer service never reached back never received a call back never received email back nothing. You cannot reach them by phone. They have a fake numbers nobody answer no voicemail this company is horrible. I’m going to cancel my order and dispute the charge on my credit card, can’t find out any information on shipping status of the order or any other information anything Stay away save yourself the time in the aggravation.
