Horrible customer service Purchase online waiting for two weeks… Purchase online waiting for you over two weeks is no way in the world You can contact this company. I sent them multiple emails through customer service never reached back never received a call back never received email back nothing. You cannot reach them by phone. They have a fake numbers nobody answer no voicemail this company is horrible. I’m going to cancel my order and dispute the charge on my credit card, can’t find out any information on shipping status of the order or any other information anything Stay away save yourself the time in the aggravation.

A breath of fresh air! I was very pleased with my recent experience with Fragrance Shop. Prices were very fair as was delivery service! Using an online service is not always consistent in either category but Fragrance Shop is an exception. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Buyers Beware. I ordered Versace Eros Parfum 6.7oz from this company on 4/10/24. This company sent Versace Eros EDP 6.7oz to me. I immediately contacted the company via email, (they do not have a phone number to call). I emailed pictures of the package showing the wrong product. The company replied and said they would give me a 25% discount on the wrong product or I should return the wrong product for a full refund. I responded that I would return the wrong product and asked for return label. The company has failed to send the return label despite numerous emails. This is very alarming. First they sent me the wrong product and secondly they are refusing to send a return label. Buyers Beware. I am filing a dispute with my bank.
