Great experience with online company My hesitation to make an online purchase was rewarded with a GREAT experience. The packaging was very secure and well protected from breakage. Tracking the shipment gave much ease . FragranceShop.com is a great company.

I don't have a single complaint as fast… I don't have a single complaint as fast as the cologne that I purchased goes. And when I finally did receive my order it was packaged properly 5 stars no doubt . Now the shipping time much different I tend to avoid companies that ship with DHL . I have had problems with there slow very slow service I don't know what it is but they have taken much longer than UPS or FED EX when receiving orders shipped through them . Next order I will avoid using them.

Buyers Beware. I ordered Versace Eros Parfum 6.7oz from this company on 4/10/24. This company sent Versace Eros EDP 6.7oz to me. I immediately contacted the company via email, (they do not have a phone number to call). I emailed pictures of the package showing the wrong product. The company replied and said they would give me a 25% discount on the wrong product or I should return the wrong product for a full refund. I responded that I would return the wrong product and asked for return label. The company has failed to send the return label despite numerous emails. This is very alarming. First they sent me the wrong product and secondly they are refusing to send a return label. Buyers Beware. I am filing a dispute with my bank.

I made my order more than one maunth ago after that I got one email from them about they don't have one product in stock, asked me what I would like to get full refund or only for one product which is out of their stock, I said that I am waiting for one perfume and they can refund me for second perfume. After that I didn't get my perfume, it's still not shipped and I didn't get refund! They are keeping ignore all my emails. Just stolen my money. Please avoid this store!
