Highly Unsatisfied! / Please note correction! My product wasn't delivered, still waiting... Tracing showed me I wasn't reached at home on 7/2/15. Absolute lie. Didn't receive neither call, visit, e-mail or note left in my mail box. It is already over 3 weeks since I placed my order, so I'm inclined to suspect dishonest dealing. I wasn't even able to find out who actually is supposed to be their shipping company. CORRECTION WITH AN APOLOGY! I recently wrote negative opinion about OZ Cosmetics, however really by mistake. Besides that products are excellent, of really high quality, they also did send my order in highly timely manner, actually in 4 days it has been dispatched. Whole blame lies on delivery company here in Czech Republic, which fact at the time I didn't know. It took me many calls and frustration to eventually receive my order. I finally got it yesterday and would like to express an apology to OZ cosmetics. Regards, Maya

Rubbish Rubbish - pretends to be a Singapore company (.com.sg) - and says they will deliver in days - they don't - their courier doesn't have a domain, just an IP address - constant excuses. Would not put my money with this company again.

My ordinary experience with… My ordinary experience with ozcosmetics.com was just avarage. Nothing special to tell. Its quite accurate to describe shope as avarage, no issues with products range, but no surprises. Prices were just ok, still there are sites that offer the same products cheaper. All in all, it was a pleasent experiemce, but nothing more than that. No troubles or anything special. Just avarage time spend at online shope with plenty of choises & reasonable pricings. No problems with paymant proces.

Affordable price for a great service When buying a product, Brazillian rullings made my order difficult to get here. OZ team promptly found an acceptable option, and kept me informed all the time. Price was also the best. I've just received a genuine sealed product, and couldn't be more satisfied.

Waste of time Item was shipped 4 days after receiving cleared payment. It's been two weeks now, but there is no trace of my order. Tracking number is not valid. Email confirmation is from OZ cosmetics (UK), but looks like they are shipping from China. Will never try again.
